
Nespolino - Nespolino Liquor
Ingredients:

1 lt of pure alcohol 90% volume

200 gr of medlar (fruit)

300 gr of medlar stones

700 gr of sugar

1 lt of water
Method:
Cut the fruit into pieces and crush the stone with a mortar and pestle. Place the pulp with 1 litre of pure alcohol in an airtight jar and leave in a dark place for 2 weeks, remembering to shake it now and then.
After 15 days, prepare 1 litre of tepid water and add 700 grams of sugar to create a sort of syrup. Pour it into the jar with the other ingredients and after another couple of weeks filter the content, chill and enjoy in a responsible manner!
